We loved this article, speaking to the hazards of industry but also the craft of the bartender. Coming from a brewing operational environment, I understand all too well the need for control, and the desire for curiosity in innovation. It is a hard balance. We at Top Note applaud those who take their job seriously, and maintain a quality excellence in what they do, but also excellence in their own professionalism.
