Spanish G&T - Inspired by Barcelona
1.5 - 2 oz Floral or Savory Gin (Hendricks or Mahon are good)
3.5 oz Top Note Indian Tonic
3 Cucumber Wheels
Build drink in a wine goblet. Add gin, 2 droppers orange bitters (Angostura), 3 cucumber wheels, spritz 1 lemon peel, drop into glass, and add a few juniper berries as final garnish. Ice in Goblet, add tonic along the side of ice. Stir to disperse.
Orange peel, strawberry, hibiscus flower, rosemary sprig etc. Be adventurous. Enhance the gin the way you feel most inspired!
The Toki Highball - Soho House, Chicago IL
- 1.5 oz Choice of Toki, Yamazaki 12 year, or Yamazaki 18 year
- 3.5 oz Top Note Tonic Bitter Lemon
- 1 bar spoon Pedro Ximenez Sherry
- Grapefruit Twist
