White Port and Tonic

White Port and Tonic

Makes 2 drinks

1/2 cup White Port

6  - 8 oz Top Note Indian Tonic water or Bitter Lemon Soda

1/2 of a lemon squeezed

Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Squeeze 1/2 lemon into pitcher. Stir gently and serve in rocks glass or collins glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of Thyme or Rosemary.

Indian Summer - Inspired by AVEC Chicago

1 oz Master’s Gin

1 oz Ferreria white port

3 oz Top Note Indian Tonic Water

2 slices muddled blood orange

1 lime wedge muddled

Combine all ingredients except for Top Note Indian Tonic Water in highball glass. Fill with ice and top with Top Note Indian Tonic Water.

Rose Spritz

Rose Spritz

A great way to use up some less than perfect Rose from your cellar. Bitter Lemon makes the perfect wingman in a Spritz of any kind. 

½ oz Cocchi Vermouth (Sweet)

3 oz Rose Wine

3 oz Top Note Bitter Lemon Soda

Mix contents in a pitcher (multiply by the drinks you intend to serve) and pour over ice in a wine glass.
