Ginger and Cider - Inspired by Lost Valley Cider Co, Milwaukee WI
Make this as an alcoholic Cider Radler or with non-acl fresh pressed cider this fall
4 oz Tart Fresh Pressed Cider
3 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Build two ingredients in highball glass. Ice. garnish with Dried Apple, or Ginger Spear and lime wheel.

Gin Pear Collins
Gin Pear Collins - 1 cocktail
2 oz Pear Puree Syrup (Or Pear Puree from the store)
1.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Top Note Club Soda No 1
Make a pear puree syrup; In a saucepan, pour 2 cups pear puree, add 2 T lemon juice, 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 c water, a sprig of rosemary, and 1/2 t cloves. Bring to a boil for only 1 min or until sugar has dissolved. Cool and store in the fridge. You may remove the rosemary sprig. Strain before using!
In a shaker, add the pear puree syrup, lemon juice and gin. Add ice and shake.
Build your cocktail glass with slices of pears and ice. Strain the shaker over your glass.
Top with Top Note Club Soda.
To batch this out, make 2 cocktails at a time in a large shaker. The shaking adds some froth and density to the drink.

2 oz blended Scotch whisky
.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz lemon juice
A few dashes Angostura bitters
4 oz Ginger Beer @topnotetonic
Stir all ingredients together in a mule mug or tall glass. Top up with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and candied ginger.

Spiced Gin & Tonic
2 oz spiced vodka
4 oz @topnotetonic Classic Tonic
Optional: simple syrup, to taste
Stir everything together in a glass with ice. Garnish with an orange peel, if desired.
Spiced vodka: add 2 crushed cardamom pods and 2 tsp whole cloves to a jar and top with 8 oz vodka. Let steep for 2 days, then strain out the spices and enjoy.

Today we’re shaking up a riff on a cocktail we spotted last year by Clay Kirkland of @wisecraft_mixology, featuring vodka infused with seasonal spices, tart cranberry juice, and our very own club soda.

2 oz spiced vodka
.5 oz orange liqueur
1.5 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
@topnotetonic Club Soda No. 1, to top
Shake all ingredients except club soda with ice, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberries.

Gin Sonic
1.5 oz Suntory Roku Gin
2.25 oz Top Note Club Soda No. 1
2.25 oz Top Note Classic Tonic
Mix ingredients together in a glass with ice and toss in a slice or three of fresh citrus.

Top Note Old Fashion(ed) Sour
A classic by any standard, we use our grapefruit soda as a sour mix to amp the barrel aged spirit you choose to make this classic cocktail with!
1.5 oz Brandy or Bourbon of your choice
1 orange slice
2 perfect maraschino cherries
1 sugar cube
Orange bitters
2 - 3 oz Top Note grapefruit soda
Place sugar cube in rocks glass. Top with a few dashes of bitters, orange slice and cherry. Muddle. Pour spirit (Bourbon, Whiskey or Brandy) into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherry and or orange slice. Options - Go without sugar cube!
Top with ice, and pour Top Note Grapefruit on top. Stir quickly and enjoy. Cap Top Note bottle off for next time you make a drink!
