Top Note Old Fashion(ed) Sour
A classic by any standard, we use our grapefruit soda as a sour mix to amp the barrel aged spirit you choose to make this classic cocktail with!
1.5 oz Brandy or Bourbon of your choice
1 orange slice
2 perfect maraschino cherries
1 sugar cube
Orange bitters
2 - 3 oz Top Note grapefruit soda
Place sugar cube in rocks glass. Top with a few dashes of bitters, orange slice and cherry. Muddle. Pour spirit (Bourbon, Whiskey or Brandy) into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherry and or orange slice. Options - Go without sugar cube!
Top with ice, and pour Top Note Grapefruit on top. Stir quickly and enjoy. Cap Top Note bottle off for next time you make a drink!

Amaro | Fall Cocktails | Gin | Grapefruit | Vermouth
Sparkling Grapefruit Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
3 oz Sparkling Grapefruit
Stir ingredients together in a glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit.

3/4 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Fresh Celery Juice (Use a blender to grind 5-7 stalks of celery and strain through a cheesecloth bag. Store for 3-5 days in the fridge)
4 oz Top Note Grapefruit Soda
Lime wedge, Salt garnish or Celery Stalk and Cucumber
Rim edge of a collins glass with a lime wedge and dip into fine ground kosher salt. Add mezcal, celery juice to glass. Add ice. Gently pour grapefruit soda into glass. Stir and serve with a lime wedge.

Grapefruit Celery Press
4 oz Top Note Grapefruit Soda
2 oz Celery press or Purchased Green/Celery juice from store
1/4 t shaved ginger
Lime, Cucumber, celery spear garnish
To make:
Shave ginger into rock glass. Pour celery press into glass. Top with Top Note Grapefruit. Add 3 thin slices lime. Ice and stir gently. Garnish with cucumber and celery spear.
Celery Press: Blend 3 - 4 stalks celery in a blender. Squeeze juice through a fine mesh bag, or let settle in a refrigerator. Refrigerate pressed juice for up to 3 days.

Dolly Dolly
2 ounces mezcal
8 ounces Top Note Grapefruit Soda
cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
thinly sliced grapefruit, for garnish (optional)
Makes 2 cocktails
In a cocktail shaker, muddle cilantro, 1 oz Top Note Grapefruit Soda, and Mezcal. Close and shake with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice and top with Top Note Grapefruit Soda. Garnish

Menta Way
3/4 oz Jamaican Overproof Rum
3/4 oz Branca Menta
1/2 oz Fresh Lime
3-4 oz Chilled Top Note Grapefruit Soda
Add ice to collins glass, combine all ingredients, stir. Garnish with lime wedge.

Amaro | Grapefruit | Vermouth
Sbagliato - Inspired by Zarlettis, Milwaukee, WI
A twist on Negroni Classic - Lighter and easier to drink
2 oz Top Note Grapefruit Soda
2 oz Barolo Chinato (or a high quality Sweet Vermouth)
2 oz Campari (or a bitter liqueur of your choice)
Combine all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass, Gently stir and enjoy.

Classic | Grapefruit | Tequila
Paloma
4 oz Top Note Grapefruit Soda
2 oz Repasado tequila
Squeeze of lime juice
Rim a rocks glass with finely crushed pink salt. Add Ice, limejuice and Tequila. Top with Top Note soda. Gently stir.
