Q: What was it that first got you into zero-proof cocktails?
Layne Cozzolino: Pregnancy was my first foray. :)
Q: What new cocktail (zero-proof and otherwise) discoveries are you exploring right now?
LC: We just released a Lemongrass shrub so we're busy trying all sorts of flavor combinations at the moment.
Q: Why do you think people at home might be intimidated by making zero-proof cocktails?
LC: I think cocktail-making in general is something many people leave up to the experts, immediately disqualifying themselves. Yet once the basics are understood, it's possible for anyone to craft an incredibly delicious drink at home.
Q: What are some of your favorite zero-proof cocktails to make at home?
LC: I keep it simple with a shrub and flavored sparkling water. The possible combinations are endless.
Q: What do you take to a party?

Q: Where do you think the cocktail and bar industry is headed?
LC: More inclusive drink menus that take everyone's preferences (proofed or zero-proofed) into account.
