Ahh, the perfect accompaniment to a lazy Sunday afternoon. Use whatever cold-pressed juice you have on hand or blend up your own.
The Cool, Collected One Recipe:
2 oz cold-pressed juice (store bought or homemade)
2 dashes bitters, optional
4 oz Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Garnish: fresh vegetables, fruits and/or herbs
Stir ingredients together in an ice-filled wine glass and garnish as desired.
Grapefruit Celery Press
Celery, grapefruit, and ginger combine in this healthy and refreshing recipe. Start your day off strong or mix up a glass as a healthy midday snack, this has got to be one of the most delicious ways to eat your veggies!
Grapefruit Celery Press Recipe:
2 oz cold-pressed celery juice (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 tsp shaved ginger
4 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: fresh lime, celery and cucumber (optional)
Stir all ingredients together in an ice-filled glass and garnish as desired.
Rosé Spritz
Use up an open bottle of sparkling rosé with this simple spritz recipe.
Rosé Spritz Recipe:
.5 oz sweet vermouth
3 oz sparkling rosé wine
3 oz Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
Garnish: fresh citrus peel
Stir ingredients together in a wine glass and garnish.
Grapefruit Sbagliato
The Negroni Sbagliato is a lighter, brighter version of the classic Negroni. Typically comprised of sweet vermouth, Campari, and sparkling wine, we swapped out the wine for our Sparkling Grapefruit Soda. The resulting cocktail is pleasantly bittersweet and with a lower ABV, you don't have to worry about tapping out too early in the evening.
Grapefruit Sbagliato Recipe:
2 oz sweet vermouth
2 oz Campari
2 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: fresh grapefruit slice
Stir ingredients together in an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish.
