Spiced Orange Spritz
Make this mimosa riff at your next brunch gathering for a zero-proof companion to clear minds and clean plates.

Spiced Orange Spritz Recipe:
1.5 oz Royal Rose Cardamom Clove Syrup
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange juice
3 oz Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water, chilled
Garnish: star anise, freshly-grated cinnamon
Stir all ingredients together in a chilled flute glass and garnish.

Grown-Up Shirley Temple
The zero-proof Shirley Temple has many variations, but ultimately it’s reputation as a cloyingly sweet pink drink made exclusively for kids prevails across each one.
In this recipe, we’ve updated the classic for kids AND kids at heart. We’ve eliminated the sugary soda, upped the acidity, and added a bitter element all while keeping the original flavor profile front and center.
Whatever you do, don’t skimp on the cherries!

Grown-Up Shirley Temple Recipe:
.75 oz grenadine
.5 oz lime juice
4.25 oz Top Note Club Soda No. 1
2.5 oz Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
1 tsp maraschino cherry juice
Garnish: maraschino cherries
Stir all ingredients together in a glass filled with ice and garnish.

Maple Hibiscus Spritz
Have you experimented with shrubs?
Shrubs are made from vinegar, fruits and sugar and can be sipped on their own or used in a variety of recipes. Their bright acidity and complex sweetness are perfect for mixing into unique and exciting zero-proof drinks.

Maple Hibiscus Spritz Recipe:
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz Siren Shrub Co. Maple Ginger Shrub
4 oz Top Note Indian Tonic Water
Garnish: fresh or dehydrated citrus
Stir all ingredients together in a glass filled with hibiscus tea ice cubes and garnish.
Hibiscus Tea Ice Cubes: Brew a batch of hibiscus tea and let cool to room temperature. Pour the tea into an ice cube tray and place the tray in the freezer until fully frozen.

An earthy and refreshing non-alcoholic spritz inspired by Montrio Bistro in Monterey, CA.
And The Beet Goes On Recipe:
2 oz cold-pressed beet juice (store-bought or homemade)
.25 oz lime juice
3 dashes cucumber bitters
1 drop food grade fennel oil
4 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Add all ingredients except Grapefruit Soda to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with Grapefruit Soda and stir.
Cider & Ginger
Inspired by Lost Valley Cider Co. in Milwaukee, WI, this low-ABV radler is autumn in a glass.
Cider & Ginger Recipe:
4 oz Sparkling Hard Apple Cider
4 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Garnish: crystallized ginger, fresh lime wheel
Build in an ice-filled glass and garnish.

Gin Pear Collins
Celebrate the bounty of fall produce with this delicately refreshing highball.
Gin Pear Collins Recipe:
1.5 oz gin
2 oz pear juice (or pear purée)
.5 oz lemon juice
Garnish: fresh rosemary and citrus peel
Add all ingredients except Club Soda to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled glass and top with Club Soda. Stir and garnish.

Glasgow Mule

Glasgow Mule Recipe:
2 oz blended Scotch whisky
.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
4 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Garnish: fresh lemon wheel, crystallized ginger
Stir all ingredients together in a mule mug or tall glass. Top up with crushed ice and garnish.

Spiced Vodka Tonic

Spiced Vodka Tonic Recipe:
2 oz spiced vodka*
4 oz Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Optional: simple syrup, to taste
Garnish: fresh orange peel
Stir ingredients together in a glass with ice and garnish.
*Spiced Vodka: add 2 crushed cardamom pods and 2 tsp whole cloves to a jar and top with 8 oz vodka. Let steep for 2 days, then strain out the spices and enjoy.

Wonderful Times
We might be celebrating the holidays a bit differently this year, but one thing we’re grateful for every year is holiday cocktails!
Last year we spotted a cocktail called "Wonderful Times" by Clay Kirkland of Wisecraft Mixology, featuring vodka infused with seasonal spices, tart cranberry juice, and our very own club soda. We've been waiting for the holiday season to come around again so we could make a version for ourselves and we love it so much that we just had to share. Here's to the social media movers, shakers and mixologists making this season a bit brighter!

Wonderful Times Recipe:
2 oz spiced vodka*
.5 oz orange liqueur
1.5 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
.5 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Top Note Club Soda No. 1, to top
Garnish: cranberries and rosemary
Shake all ingredients except Club Soda with ice, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Club Soda, stir, and garnish.

Grapefruit Wisco Old Fashioned
Grapefruit Wisco Old Fashioned Recipe:
1 orange slice
2 maraschino cherries
1 sugar cube, optional
3 dashes orange bitters
1.5 oz brandy or bourbon
2-3 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: maraschino cherries
Combine the orange, cherries, sugar cube and bitters in a rocks glass and muddle. Add spirit and ice, then top with Grapefruit Soda. Stir it up and don't forget the garnish!

Sparkling Grapefruit Negroni
Sparkling Grapefruit Negroni Recipe:
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
3 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: grapefruit slice
Stir ingredients together in a glass with ice and garnish.

Harvest Moon Punch

Harvest Moon Punch Recipe:
2 oz vodka
.5 oz cranberry liqueur
2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
.5 oz lemon juice
2 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Garnish: cranberries, fresh or dehydrated citrus (optional)
