Ahh, the perfect accompaniment to a lazy Sunday afternoon. Use whatever cold-pressed juice you have on hand or blend up your own.
The Cool, Collected One Recipe:
2 oz cold-pressed juice (store bought or homemade)
2 dashes bitters, optional
4 oz Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Garnish: fresh vegetables, fruits and/or herbs
Stir ingredients together in an ice-filled wine glass and garnish as desired.

Spirit-Free Spritz Italiano
The spirit-free spritz! And they said it couldn't be done...
Spirit-Free Spritz Italiano Recipe:
4 oz Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitivo
4 oz Top Note Indian Tonic Water
2 dashes angostura bitters, optional
Garnish: grapefruit slice
Stir ingredients together in an ice-filled glass and garnish.

Dry & Stormy
In this spirit-free riff on the classic Dark & Stormy, coconut water subs in for rum for a cool tropical twist.
Dry & Stormy Recipe:
4 oz coconut water
.5 oz lime juice
4 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Garnish: crystallized ginger and fresh lime wedge, optional
Stir all ingredients together with ice and garnish.

Spirit-Free Cucumber Basil Smash
No booze necessary, this spirit-free recipe is sure to lift your spirits on a hot summer day.
Spirit-Free Cucumber Basil Smash Recipe:
4 fresh basil leaves
4 slices fresh cucumber
.5 oz lemon juice
1 sugar cube
3 dashes orange bitters, optional
6 oz Top Note Indian Tonic Water
Garnish: fresh cucumber and basil
Muddle all ingredients except Indian Tonic in a mason jar or heavy-bottomed rocks glass. Top with Indian Tonic and garnish.

Bitter Arnie
A refreshing spin on the classic Arnold Palmer.
Bitter Arnie Recipe:
4 oz black tea, chilled
.5 oz honey syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
4 oz Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
Garnish: lemon wedge
Stir all ingredients together in an ice-filled glass and garnish.

Grapefruit Celery Press
Celery, grapefruit, and ginger combine in this healthy and refreshing recipe. Start your day off strong or mix up a glass as a healthy midday snack, this has got to be one of the most delicious ways to eat your veggies!
Grapefruit Celery Press Recipe:
2 oz cold-pressed celery juice (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 tsp shaved ginger
4 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: fresh lime, celery and cucumber (optional)
Stir all ingredients together in an ice-filled glass and garnish as desired.

Cran-Apple Ginger Spritz
This festive low-ABV spritz will carry you through a night of merriment without leaving you with a headache the next day.
Cran-Apple Ginger Spritz Recipe:
4 fresh cranberries
1 slice fresh ginger
1 oz cranberry liqueur
3 oz apple cider
1 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
Garnish: fresh cranberries and orange slices
Muddle the cranberries and ginger in a cocktail shaker, then add the liqueur, cider, and ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled flute or wine glass. Top with Ginger Beer and Club Soda, stir gently, and garnish.

Pear-Infused Vodka Tonic
Try this fall twist on the classic Vodka Tonic.
Pear-Infused Vodka & Tonic Recipe:
2 oz pear-infused vodka*
4 oz Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Garnish: chopped pears
*Pear-Infused Vodka: Chop 2 pears and place in a clean glass jar. Top with 16oz vodka, place in the refrigerator and let steep for 1 week. Strain well and keep refrigerated to prolong freshness.

Dolly Dolly
Equal parts smoky and tart, this refreshing cocktail tastes just as good while sitting around the campfire as it does when you're lounging on the beach.
Dolly Dolly Recipe:
1/4 cup cilantro, packed
2 oz mezcal
1 oz grapefruit juice
4 oz Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda
Garnish: glass rimmed with grapefruit and salt, fresh cilantro
Rim your glass with grapefruit and salt, then shake off any excess. Place the cilantro and juice in the bottom of the glass and muddle gently, then fill with ice. Add mezcal and Grapefruit Soda, stir, and garnish.

Vodka Tonic
Simple and delicious!
Vodka Tonic Recipe:
2 oz vodka
4 oz Top Note Classic Tonic Water
Garnish: wedge of fresh lime or lemon
Stir ingredients together in an ice-filled glass and garnish.

1.5 oz Great Lakes Distillery Seasonal Pumpkin Spirit
.5 oz allspice dram

Garnish: expressed lemon peel
